Tea Talk Time #34

1. I'm having... A mug of black coffee to perk up my drooping eyes in class...

2. I'm feeling... Not so good especially after the hostage taking crisis in Manila which created a wide gap between my country and Hong Kong...

3. On my mind... I fervently pray that the spirit of violence will not prevail in all places, and in all countries. That God's mighty hand will take care of those who do wrong to others, and that peace will reign in our hearts as well...

Yet, O LORD, you are our Father.
We are the clay, you are the potter;
we are all the work of your hand.
Isaiah 64:8

Thanks Ruth for the refreshing Tea/Coffee Break! God bless you more, my friend!

  1. We are saddened by the news. The work of evil usually results to separation, hurt and disputes, even death. Praying that everyone will hate evil instead of one another.

Thank you for joining us this week Anne. Hope you have a good day tomorrow and then a restful weekend.

    Blessings!

  2. Hello Anne~ I joined the Tea Talk today. I am sorry you have such heavy things on your heart. Thank God that He who is in you is greater than He who is in the world. Do you know that Psalm...the one that say "Therefor I will not fear Though the earth be removed and though the mountains should crumble into the midst of the sea."? Anyways, it brings me comfort when there is chaos around.

God's comfort to you. Thanks for the tea time!

  3. Thanks Ruth, we are praying that peace will reign and that the love of our Lord will touch the hearts of all men.

I always look forward to having tea with you and the other ladies. I feel blessed by your entries as well. :)

We won't have work this Monday as it is National Heroes Day. So that spells R-E-S-T for me! :)

Have a great week (esp. in your garden), and God bless.

  4. Hello Mrs. Santos,

Glad you are able to join us in our Tea Talk. Thank you also for your message. God's work is not finished in all of us, and so we are blessed that He is always concerned in all our affairs, be it big or small. He is simply awesome.

Blessings and have a wonderful week!
