Tea Talk Time #11

1. I'm having... Brewed, black Columbian coffee with one sachet of Equal. As sophisticated as it sounds, am taking it in a simple, white styro cup. Doesn't alter the strong aromatic taste, though. =)

2. I'm feeling... Excited because DS will dissect a frog in his 5th grade Biology class this afternoon. Hopefully, there'll be no frantic frogs jumping around the lab, haha.

3. On my mind... Where we will go for a good swim this summer.

I rejoice in your promise
like one who finds great spoil.
I hate and abhor falsehood
but I love your law.
Psalm 119:162-163

Thanks Ruth for the refreshing Tea/Coffee Break! God bless you more, my friend!

  2. Dear Anne,
I am so glad we don't disect frogs I am sure my stomach couldn't handle it.
I have an 'ich' factor that is very low.
I hope you find a good swimming place.
    God Bless

We both have coffee today! Thanks for sharing that beautiful verse.

I will be in Manila for extended days (after my son's graduation) to attend a course on Community Development . I might have time to have a real tea time with you. What do you think?

  8. Hi Katia, thanks for the message. The styro cup came from my DD's little food bin full of of her own Nesquick stuff. She likes to join us for coffee at times so we gave her her own chocolate drink to take with us, haha. (Loves the taste of coffee herself but told her to wait a little longer for that!) The styrofoam makes it easier for her to hold it when she decides to have a hot choco drink. =)

Amen, and may we all obey His precepts too. Have a blessed weekend, Sis! Am excited because my DS will have his Piano recital this afternoon! =)

  9. Hello Gae, I remember dissecting frogs when I was in high school and I also had the same feeling. I think I wasn't able to eat chicken for quite sometime after that, haha.

We're scouting for a good beach resort that allows pets because of Milkshake (or should I say DP for "Dear Pup" haha), our 4 month old Maltese puppy. She's so much part of the family now, we hate to leave her home alone. =)

Have a great weekend, Gae! God bless!

  10. Hi Cathy! Same here, I had that when I was in 2nd year high. =) Anyway, DS told us it was a great experience for him and the class. The boys were laughing, while the girls were all feeling sick, haha. Just like how I felt when I dissected my poor frog, haha.

Glad to hear lots of us having cofee today! Cheers to all of us in Tea Talk! =)

    Blessed weekend, Cathy!

  13. Hi Judy, the bag of Columbian coffee beans was from my Mom in NJ. She sent it to us so we could taste and enjoy what she was also having there. It tastes good alright, and DH and I had two cups each. =)

Yes, DS and his 5th grade classmates are doing big things in school. Glad he enjoys his lessons too. Classes just ended and we're all in a summer vacation mode now. =)

    Have a blessed week Judy!
