1. I'm having... Plain water. Today I start on a new special diet good for Diabetic people like me. I will be trying it out for at least a month, and check if my glucose level will improve. It's from Kitchenelle Gourmet Convenience -- (check the site) they will deliver 3 main meals + 2 snacks to my doorstep everyday for a month, plus tea, or coffee, and dessert. Please pray with me that it works. It's like my last try to lose weight and manage my Diabetes well. :)
2. I'm feeling... Hopeful and excited in trying out this new diet food delivery service.
3. On my mind... And may I add -- in my heart, as I pray to God everyday: Losing weight and managing my Diabetes well.

I checked the site and price is not cheap but the food looks really good!!! I think it's worth trying and spending money for. Your health is more important than anything else. Plus you get to be pampered with daily deliveries. I'm sure they deliver it to you when you're at school. Do they do it each meal or once a day?
Praying that the Lord will bless this new diet program to work for you. Keep an expectant heart. Don't who trust in His shall never be disappointed.

Hi Ruth, thanks for the encouragement, I really pray it brings down my weight safely. I just couldn't have enough time to do some exercise, that's why I decided to try this out. They deliver my meals per day in properly labeled microwaveable packs, and so far, since I started last July 1, everything is working well. :) They could deliver to school, but since the commissary kitchen where it comes from is nearer my house, I asked them to deiver at home. :)

The new link is by far better and more personalized than the old one. And she cooks really great meals, with big servings too. :)
