Tea Talk Time #8

1. I'm having... Lemon Iced Tea; refreshing on a very hot, summer day! Am taking it in a tall, paper cup glass ala Wendy's. =)

2. I'm feeling... Excited for DH's and DS's Father and Child Camp tomorrow!

3. On my mind... DH's opportunity to minister and disciple other Dads as he leads them during devotion time in the eco-park /camp site tomorrow afternoon.

But so that you may know that the Son of Man
has authority on earth to forgive sins...
Then he said to the paralytic,
"Get up, take your mat and go home."

Thanks Ruth for the refreshing Tea/Coffee Break! God bless you more, my friend!

  1. Hi Anne. Your lemon iced tea sounds very refreshing. We have an unusual high temp today, over 35C I think. I noticed how I turned dark brown these days. I'm out in the sun almost everyday.

Good to hear your family are doing great.
    More blessings to you.

  2. Hi Ruth, thanks, it sure refreshes me a lot especially on a hot day like this. =)

Summer in PI came early, I haven't checked on how many centigrades we're having lately... One thing for sure, it is high!

Blessings to you also; hoping El Nino isn't giving you a tough time, like in dear old PI...

  4. Hello Gae,

Yes, they will have a Dad and Child Camp tomorrow; it's a school activity that happens before the school year ends. Am likewise glad for the opportunity it brings for my DH to be able to disciple other Dads.

If you could please send us some fluffy snow, please do, lol! My kids miss the cold weather in NJ (where my family is), and where we live (Philippines), there is only summer, rainy, and a tiny bit cold (something like 1/16% or less of your fall season, haha) weather. =)

  8. Hello Judy, lemon iced tea (and I mean lots of ice in there, lol!) is one favorite drink even of the DH and kids. Summer months in the Philippines can really be hot and humid, so we always have a tall glass to cool us down. =)

DH and DS just left a few hours ago for camp. They called my cell and told me they've arrived and are starting to unpack to set up the tent, haha. DH needs a good hand to set that up; I hope my DS would be one! =)
