The Simple Woman's Daybook #27

FOR TODAY... May 4, 2010

Outside my window... The sun is up and shining brightly. It is a warm afternoon and our ac is open. Hoping for a little shower in May...

I am thinking... Of what else to buy in the grocery later.

I am thankful for... God's never ending provision and generosity for my family.

I am wearing... A pink blouse, jeans and nothing on my feet!

I am remembering... To send my Mom in NJ some love on Sunday, Mother's Day!

I am going... To buy some grocery items in a little while...

I am reading... A daily mail sent to my inbox called, "Devotions for Dieters", and it is a wonderful and inspiring companion while forever dieting. :)

I am hoping... That it would rain so some cool breeze would fill
the house.

On my mind... My grocery list for later's grocery time with the kids.

From the learning rooms... Kids are still on vacation.

Noticing that... Traffic is getting a bit worse because of campaign sorties left and right. Presidential election day is on Monday and all candidates are working double time.

Pondering these words... But if from there you seek the LORD your God, you will find him if you look for him with all your heart and with all your soul. -- Deuteronomy 4:29

From the kitchen... Just store-bought food at the moment...

Around the house... DD is making a "secret something" for me to be given she says, on Mother's Day!

One of my favorite things... Salad from Wendy's and Iced Tea...

From my picture journal...

Thanks to Peggy for allowing me to take part in The Simple Woman's Daybook. Blessings and have a great week, everyone!
